The Classical Equestrianism Global Leadership Program is designed to systematically cultivate the balance of Body (體), Virtue (德), and Intellect (智) demanded of next-generation leaders, along with refined leadership qualities, through the discipline of classical equestrianism.
By integrating European classical equestrian theory with modern sports science, participants progressively experience the core disciplines of classical riding— dressage, jumping, vaulting, and endurance— expanding equestrianism beyond sport into a journey of mind-body cultivation and leadership development.
Beyond mastering riding techniques, this program is designed to systematically
strengthen self-discipline, accountability, decisiveness, and ongoing self-management.
Through meaningful connection with horses in nature, participants develop
focus, judgment, and a sense of balance—
ultimately refining the inner character and insight of a true leader.
